Terms and Conditions
Support Network Service Listing
These Terms and Conditions govern the participation of organizations, companies, and individuals (“Participants”) applying to be listed in the Support Network Service Listing (“Support Network”). By submitting an application and participating in the Support Network, Participants agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Eligibility and Application
1.1 The Support Network is open to legally registered organizations, companies, service providers, or professionals that provide relevant services within the network ecosystem.
1.2 Participants must submit a completed application form together with all required information and supporting documents.
1.3 All information provided must be accurate, complete, and truthful.
1.4 The Network Administrator reserves the right to review, approve, reject, or request additional information for any application at its sole discretion.
2. Payment Terms
2.1 A Registration Fee shall be payable upon approval of the application for inclusion in the Support Network listing.
2.2 An Annual Fee shall be payable to maintain an active listing in the Support Network.
2.3 All payments must be made within fourteen (14) days from the date of invoice issuance, unless otherwise stated by the Network Administrator.
2.4 Failure to settle the required payment within the stipulated period may result in suspension or removal of the listing.
2.5 All fees paid are non-refundable, unless otherwise determined by the Network Administrator.
3. Commencement and Membership Period
3.1 The membership and listing period shall follow a calendar year commencing on 1 January and ending on 31 December of the same year.
3.2 Participants whose applications are approved within the calendar year shall have their listing activated from the date of approval until 31 December of the same year.
Example:
If an application is approved on 14 April 2026, the listing shall be valid from 14 April 2026 until 31 December 2026.
3.3 As part of the Grace Period arrangement, applications approved between 1 October and 31 December shall be granted listing validity until 31 December of the following year.
Example:
If an application is approved on 15 October 2026, the listing shall remain valid until 31 December 2027.
3.4 Upon approval of the application and receipt of payment, the Participant’s information and services will be published on the Support Network platform within ten (10) working days.
4. Renewal of Participation
4.1 Participants who wish to continue their listing in the Support Network must
submit their renewal application and settle the Annual Fee before 1 March of the following year.
4.2 Participants who fail to renew their participation by 1 March may have their listing removed from the Support Network directory.
4.3 Participants who fail to renew their participation within the stipulated period will be required to submit a new application for future participation in the Support Network.
4.4 Any new application submitted after removal from the directory shall be treated as a fresh application, and the applicant will be required to pay the Registration Fee, subject to approval by the Network Administrator.
5. Promotion and Representation
5.1 Participants listed in the Support Network shall not use their participation or listing for promotional, marketing, or advertising purposes without prior written consent from the Network Administrator.
5.2 Participants are strictly prohibited from representing, implying, or promoting that their services are endorsed, certified, approved, or officially supported by the Support Network solely by virtue of being listed.
5.3 Participants shall not use the name, logo, branding, or identity of the Support Network in any promotional materials, advertisements, websites, social media, or public communications without prior written approval from the Network Administrator.
5.4 Any misuse or unauthorized promotion related to the Support Network listing may result in immediate suspension or removal from the directory, and other actions deemed necessary by the Network Administrator.
6. Misconduct and Misrepresentation of Information
6.1 Participants shall ensure that all submitted information is accurate and not misleading.
6.2 Any form of false declaration, misrepresentation, misuse of information, or unethical conduct may result in:
- Immediate suspension or removal from the Support Network
- Termination of membership without refund
- Further action deemed necessary by the Network Administrator
6.3 Participants shall not use the Support Network platform to distribute false, defamatory, misleading, or inappropriate information.
7. Cancellation and Termination
7.1 Participants may withdraw their listing by submitting a written request to the Network Administrator.
7.2 Any fees paid prior to cancellation are non-refundable.
7.3 The Network Administrator reserves the right to suspend or terminate a Participant’s listing if the Participant:
- Breaches these Terms and Conditions
- Provides inaccurate or misleading information
- Engages in conduct that may harm the reputation of the Support Network
8. Copyright and Intellectual Property
8.1 All materials, branding, and content related to the Support Network remain the intellectual property of Invest Selangor, unless otherwise stated.
8.2 By participating in the Support Network, Participants grant permission for the Network Administrator to use their company name, logo, and service information for listing, promotional, and communication purposes related to the Support Network.
8.3 Participants must ensure that all submitted materials do not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of third parties.
9. Confidentiality and Data Protection
9.1 Participants agree that any confidential information obtained through the Support Network shall not be disclosed without prior consent.
9.2 Personal and organizational data collected shall be used solely for administrative and operational purposes of the Support Network, in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.
10. Limitation of Liability
10.1 The Support Network functions solely as a platform to facilitate the listing of service providers.
10.2 The Network Administrator shall not be responsible or liable for any services, advice, transactions, or engagements conducted between Participants and third parties.
10.3 Any engagement between Participants and third parties shall be considered independent arrangements.
11. Unforeseen Occurrences (Force Majeure)
11.1 The Network Administrator shall not be held liable for any delay, interruption, or cancellation arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Government regulations or restrictions
- Pandemics or public health emergencies
- Technical or system failures
11.2 In such circumstances, the Network Administrator reserves the right to modify, postpone, or discontinue the Support Network operations if necessary.
12. Amendments
12.1 The Network Administrator reserves the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
12.2 Continued participation in the Support Network shall constitute acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
