Why Should You Apply
In accordance with the PTG Selangor checklist for Foreign Consent under Section 433B of the National Land Code 1965, a company that is not engaged in manufacturing activities, including a company carrying out service-related activities, is required to obtain a supporting letter from Invest Selangor as part of the supporting documents for the application.
The supporting letter from Invest Selangor serves to verify and support the company’s proposed business or service activities in Selangor and facilitates the assessment of the Foreign Consent application by the relevant authority.

Complete the NOL e-form
Ensure all required supporting documents are attached:
- Form 9, 24 and 49
- A list of products (end products) or attached the products catalogue if available
- A copy of the Letter of Manufacturing License Approval from MITI / MIDA
- A copy of Land Title / Land Conversion Approval
- A copy of Certificate of fitness
- A copy of Sale & Purchase / Tenancy Agreement
- A copy business licence form local authority
* All documents must be certified by Company Secretary or Commissioner of Oath
