Human Capital Division comprises three units, Human Resources, Administration and MIS/IT. Finance Division is responsible for obtaining and handling all monetary transactions on behalf of the organisation. This unit effectively manages and controls the revenue and expenditure of the organisation, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted business operations. The Finance Division is also responsible for preparing and forecasting the organisation’s yearly budget, in line with financial goals and objectives. Moreover, this unit ensures compliance with standard financial reporting requirements such as Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS), International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), and the requirements of the Companies Act 2016 of Malaysia.

The Strategic Planning & Communications Division drives long-term organisational success by developing strategies, setting priorities, and aligning goals with clear messaging. It manages corporate communications, media relations, stakeholder engagement, and digital marketing while supporting leadership in decision-making. By ensuring consistent branding, effective public relations, and strong internal communications, it enhances visibility, collaboration, and overall strategic impact.

The Investment and Services Support Division is responsible for project implementation, management and facilitation, driving industrial park development initiatives and engaging with stakeholders. With a focus on seamless execution, they provide comprehensive support throughout the investment process.

The Investment Development Division plays a pivotal role in driving investment attraction efforts as well as fostering ecosystem development as key value propositions for the Selangor state. With a focus on investment promotion, project management, lead generation and strategic alliances, the division actively promotes business opportunities and facilitates industry ecosystem growth.

The Selangor Darul Ehsan Aerospace Industry Coordination Office is a strategically established division dedicated to positioning and promoting the state of Selangor, Malaysia, as a premier destination for the Aerospace & Aviation industry. This division acts as a comprehensive “One-Stop Centre” for both foreign and domestic investors, offering a range of services and expertise across all sub-clusters of the Aerospace & Aviation ecosystem.

S-BIOCO has its primary focus on the development and advancement of the State’s biotechnology sector via the facilitation and execution of investments into the sector’s various industries in line with the Selangor Biotechnology Action Plan 2021–2030. The division continually seeks to establish new initiatives and programmes that facilitate investment, promote innovation, and improve the overall business environment for the biotechnology industry. These initiatives aim to attract local and international investments, foster research and development, and create a conducive ecosystem for biotechnology companies to thrive.
