Selangor State Government and Invest Selangor received a visit from Suzhou Industrial Park led by Mr. Ni Gan, Deputy Director of the Management Committee. The objective of this visit is to explore the investment opportunities and potential collaborations in Selangor.
This gathering brought together Taiwanese investors in Selangor for insightful discussions and the sharing of current development projects.

Invest Selangor through SBIOCO recently organized a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) on "Sustainable Agriculture and Seed Hub in Selangor". Chaired by YB Tuan Ng Sze Han 黄思汉, Selangor Exco for Trade, Investment, and Mobility, and graced by YB Tuan Ir. Izham Hashim, Selangor Exco for Infrastructure and Agriculture, the FGD was an active exchange of ideas and strategies for promoting sustainable farming practices and enhancing seed R&D in Selangor.

Invest Selangor, through S-DAICO, convened the inaugural session of the Selangor Aerospace Council for the year, chaired by YAB Dato’ Seri Amirudin bin Shari, Chief Minister of Selangor. The council session was also graced by the presence of YB Ng Sze Han 黄思汉, State EXCO for Investment, Trade & Mobility, CEO of Invest Selangor Berhad, Dato Hasan Azhari bin Hj Idris, and esteemed council members.
During the council meeting, significant presentations were delivered by key stakeholders in the aerospace sector such as Malaysia Aerospace Industry Association - MAIA, Malaysia Airports, and Malaysia Airlines Berhad Engineering Service (MABES), covering various areas including talent issues within the industry, infrastructure development such as the Subang Airport Regeneration Plan, KLIA Aeropolis, and current MRO trends and services. The Selangor Aerospace Council, which convenes twice a year, serves as a platform to enhance the aerospace ecosystem within Selangor and to identify prospective investors in the sector.
We hope to continue this momentum together and propel Selangor’s aerospace industry to greater heights.

As part of the Team Canada to Malaysia (TCTM) Program, this courtesy visit marks a significant step towards fostering stronger economic ties between the two regions.
Chaired by YAB Dato’ Seri Amirudin bin Shari, Chief Minister of Selangor, and graced by the presence of YB Ng Sze Han, State EXCO for Investment, Trade & Mobility, CEO of MBI Selangor, Ts. Tn Hj Saipolyazan, and representatives from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Malaysia (MOFA), discussions revolved around key sectors such as aerospace, the digital economy, smart city development, and sustainable health and living practices.
