Invest Selangor was honoured to attend the launching ceremony of Impeccable Vintage Properties (IVP) Complex, officiated by YAB Dato’ Seri Amirudin bin Shari, Dato’ Menteri Besar Selangor (Chief Minister of Selangor).
Impeccable Vintage Properties (IVP), a subsidiary of Khazanah Nasional Berhad, plays a key role in developing and managing aerospace infrastructure, including the transformation of a 99-acre site at Subang Airport into a premier aerospace hub. It focuses on leasing and refurbishing maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) hangars that support Malaysia’s growing aviation industry. The IVP hangar is already home to key industry players such as GE Engine Services Malaysia, Base Maintenance Malaysia (BMM), and Malaysia Airlines Berhad Engineering Services (MABES), further strengthening its position as a strategic MRO hub.
This milestone reflects strong collaboration across stakeholders to drive innovation, enhance industry capabilities, and strengthen Selangor’s position as a leading aerospace hub.

Invest Selangor was honoured to participate in a recent Roundtable and Focus Group Discussion (FGD) organised by Technology Depository Agency (TDA). This strategic engagement aimed to refine and enhance the Industrial Collaboration Programme (ICP) specifically for the Malaysian rail industry.
The session was an invaluable platform for knowledge exchange. We commend TDA for their foresight in bringing together a diverse ecosystem of stakeholders—including government agencies, private sectors and academic institutions.
By gathering inputs from various perspectives, this program ensured that the proposed enhancements to the ICP are holistic and inclusive. Collaborations like this are crucial in ensuring that our national rail infrastructure projects deliver maximum impact, technology transfer and economic growth for the betterment of Malaysia particularly in Selangor.

Invest Selangor Berhad continues to advance its talent development efforts through the Selangor Career Outreach (SCOUT) Programme, an initiative by the Selangor State Government designed to better align academic learning with industry expectations.
For the second series of 2026, SCOUT was held in collaboration with Universiti Selangor (UNISEL), alongside industry partners including Qarbotech Sdn Bhd, Mentari Alam Eko (M) Sdn Bhd, Maypreen Sdn Bhd, and Bioeconomy Corporation.
The session centred on the life sciences sector, featuring insightful discussions on workforce expectations, career development pathways, and emerging trends shaping the industry in Selangor and across Malaysia.
In line with Rancangan Selangor 1 (RS-1) and the New Industrial Master Plan 2030 (NIMP 2030), the SCOUT Programme plays a key role in enhancing graduate readiness and building a resilient, future-orientated talent pipeline.
