Participation shall be disqualified at any time should the Participating Company fail to fulfill the requirements determined by the Organiser.
The free subscription of the Workforce Management System under any one Vendor under "Program Digitalisasi Urus Tadbir Tenaga Kerja (PRODUTK)" is limited to the features stipulated in the Programme and any additional feature(s) or devices are chargeable by the said Vendor.
The free subscription of the Workforce Management System under any one Vendor under "Program Digitalisasi Urus Tadbir Tenaga Kerja (PRODUTK)" is limited to three (3) months only as stipulated in the Programme and any extension of the subscription period beyond what is covered by the Programme is subject to negotiation with the said Vendor.

I hereby consent the Vendors under this Programme to receive the above information and contact me for no other purpose other than that is related to this Programme only. I understand that the information provided above will be treated with confidentiality as per the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). I hereby declare that all information provided above is correct and acknowledge that I have read, understand and agree to the terms of this Programme.
